|Description:||We are seeking a courteous and professional Guest Service Representative (GSR) to provide the highest level of service to our guests at the front desk. Part-time hours are 25 or less per week. Great position for someone who is in school or has another part-time job. |

|Duties:||- Perform guest registration and room assignment and accommodate special requests of all customers;
- Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel;
- Assist all guests in problems and questions as required.
- Ensure that all guest problems are resolved by using the "Guest Response Program" procedures;
- At all times strive to represent Marriott in the most professional manner;
- Be disciplined at all times, stand alert and tall at the front desk, greet guests immediately and offer assistance before the Guest needs to ask.
- Focus your total attention to the customers.
|Qualifications:||- Previous customer service experience required. |
- Hotel or desk clerk experience a plus.
- Must be available holidays and weekends.
- Must be flexible as hours may vary.
